Files are typically ready within ten minutes of your appointment, often before you leave. When appointment time allows, we can also upload directly to Actors Access or another submission platform for you.

SAG‑AFTRA member rates are available to members in good standing and are limited to one discounted taping session per actor, per day. Please bring your current SAG-AFTRA card or a digital copy in the SAG-AFTRA app. Current availability and booking terms appear on the scheduling page.

Audition taping FAQ
Is a reader included?
Yes. Every taping session includes an experienced reader.
Does taping include acting coaching?
No. Taping and coaching are separate services. If you want performance guidance or adjustments, book coaching before the taping session.
How much time should I book?
Choose based on the number of scenes, total page count, technical requirements and how many takes you expect to record. The scheduling page includes guidance for each session length. When in doubt, book more time so you are not rushing the work.
When will I receive my files?
Files are typically ready within ten minutes of the end of your appointment, often sooner. When appointment time allows, we can also upload directly to Actors Access or another submission platform for you.
Do you offer teleprompter taping?
Yes. Add teleprompter service when you schedule your appointment. Additional charges are based on the number of pages in the original PDF. Upload your script, or email it to Compass, as a typed Word or Pages document at least 24 hours before your appointment. We cannot accept PDF, JPEG or PNG files for teleprompter service.
