01 — ADVANCE REVIEW
Before we meet, you provide selected materials and relevant information about your current work, questions, and professional situation.
I review those materials in advance so the Strategy Intensive begins with context and evidence rather than spending the first part of your appointment simply getting caught up.
02 — THE 90-MINUTE STRATEGY INTENSIVE
We work through the evidence together.
We examine what your materials and recent experiences are telling us, test assumptions, identify patterns, clarify the questions that actually matter, and determine where changes may — or may not — be warranted.
This is an active working session, not a generic career consultation.
03 — PRIVATE ANALYSIS & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
The work does not end when the session ends.
Afterward, I continue evaluating the material and conclusions from our work together, organize the findings, and develop the recommendations and priorities that will form your written strategy.
04 — YOUR COMPASS STRATEGY PACKET
You receive a personalized written Strategy Packet documenting the analysis, recommendations, priorities, and practical next steps developed through the process.

It is a personalized written analysis designed to become a working reference after the Intensive is over.

Is this the same as actor coaching?
No. Coaching focuses on a specific performance need. The Strategy Intensive examines the larger professional picture — your materials, positioning, patterns, priorities, and strategic decisions.
Do we review my materials for the first time during the session?
No. Selected materials are reviewed in advance so our 90 minutes together can focus on analysis, patterns, questions, and decisions rather than simply gathering information.
Is the Strategy Packet just notes from our conversation?
No. The packet is developed after the session and reflects additional analysis, organization, recommendations, and strategic planning based on the complete process.
How long is the Strategy Packet?
Packets are typically 8–10 pages, although the exact length depends on the actor and the questions being evaluated.
How soon will I receive my Strategy Packet?
Your personalized Compass Strategy Packet is delivered by email within 5 business days after the 90-minute Strategy Intensive.
Is the Strategy Intensive available in person or on Zoom?
The Strategy Intensive Session is available in-person or via ZOOM.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you’ll complete a written intake and submit the materials most relevant to the questions you want to address. That may include your résumé, up to three headshots, casting profiles, website, demo reel or clips, and up to two video assets such as recent self-tapes.
Your intake and materials are due at least 72 hours before your appointment so I have time to review them in advance.
We then meet for the 90-minute Strategy Intensive, either in person or on Zoom. After the session, I complete additional private analysis and develop your written Compass Strategy Packet with findings, priorities, recommendations, and a practical next-step plan.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. Recording is required for internal Compass review, transcript reference, and creation of your written Strategy Packet. The recording and transcript are internal working materials and are not provided to clients, published, posted, publicly shared, or used for marketing without separate written permission.
The Strategy Packet is a synthesis of the key observations, patterns, recommendations, priorities, and next steps from the process; it is not a transcript or complete record of the session.

You need enough evidence to know what deserves changing.
